Helpdesk site

The Helpdesk is that part of available information and that part of the computer systems group concerning and responsible for (almost all) the computing facilitities of the computer science department. It's about systems, services, software, networkfacilities, etc. That's also all the stuff these 'Helpdesk-pages' are trying to describe.

Staff migration

At the moment, staff is migrating to solis and science facilities.

Phase I, the staff mail migration is now completed.

Phase II, syncing data to science storage is now in preparation.

Reaching the helpdesk

The ICS helpdesk is no more. The former Computer Systems Group is now incorporated in ICT-β.

All support questions etc should be entered via Self-servicedesk ICT who can answer your questions or route them to the right people.
